  • I have been keeping to the NHS Couchto5k running programme without cheating for 6 weeks now. I feel so much fitter, less breathless which is great. But I haven’t lost weight. My body shape has improved but now I want to lose some weight as well. Is there anyone who hasn’t combined the two ? I would love to hear your advice or experience. Or are any of you interested in doing so?

    You sound like your doing pretty well already. Do you need to loose weight for anything in particular?

    Hi well I’m overweight. BMI is 29. So I know I I I I need to bring my weight down. Getting fit isn’t enough to do that alone…
