can't believe this works!

  • I have just completed my first week on the 5;2 diet and have lost 2.5lbs, im so happy! Found the first fast day pretty hard and went to bed hungry in hope that this would work. My second fast day, on the Thursday was a little easier and i made sure i stayed really busy all day. For the rest of the non fast days i have eaten 3 normal meals staying as sensible as i could. I have taken a 3 mile brisk walk half way through my week and hey presto a good weight loss at the end. I feel have a sense of freedom at last and for the first time in a long time im not thinking of food the whole time. I’m really looking forward to the week ahead.

    Well done Tina, you have a sensible approach.

    Remember to measure yourself now and every month and see the inches melt away…..

    Hello Tina and well done on your first week and being lighter at the end!! It really does work and you will get lots of encouragement from others on here to keep you on track! It’s a whole lifestyle change and you’ll soon find that you don’t really think much about food on the 2 fast days as they become a natural part of your life but being busy certainly helps when you start. Good luck!
