Hi All
I’m just starting out on this plan and I’m really looking forward to making updates with something positive to say! I’ve read loads of reviews about this and pretty much everything I’ve read is really positive!
I read about this on Monday and I did a practice run on Tuesday fasting for the whole day to see how I would cope with it and looking after my 5.5 month old baby and I did ok, did snack a bit and then completely broke it about 5pm as I really did crash but I’ve tried it again today and so far at nearly 6pm I’m doing really well. I’ve had nothing to eat and only drank lemon and mint infused water and 2 cups of coffee!
I want this to work as I really want to lose the weight not just so I can fit in to my clothes comfortably again but mainly because I now have a baby and as he grows I want to be able to keep up with him and want him to have an active, healthy childhood so surely I have to lead by example right?? Of course!!
So here goes!!
