Has anyone else done this? On fast days, I decided to simply eat 4 Jimmy Deans’ sausages per fast day- skip breakfast, 2 for late lunch, and 2 for early supper… keeping the “eating time” inside of a 6-hour window.(540 calories total).
There’s only 1 carb per sausage, so there’s zero insulin response, meaning zero hunger.
Love the diet! I’ve read Dr. Mosely’s Fast Diet book and watching the documentary. I figured if Jimmy Kimmel (late night talk show host in the USA) can do it and lose so much weight, so can I.
