  • Hi all, I just started 5:2 with 500 kcal 2 days ago. I didn’t eat anything until evening and then I ate piece of bread, it was less tnan 500 kcal. I would love to do 5:2 with water fast but in this moment it is still too hard to do that. I reacted well first day, I lost 0.5 kg, I know it is probably water but still good. Tomorrow will be my second day. I was wondering could I write my progress on this same thread or should I open new one in different place?

    If you want to continue with this thread that’s fine but it might be an idea for you to join one of the existing threads.

    If you are going to eat on FDs I suggest you choose something other than a piece of bread, some vegetables with a small amount of protein would be much better for you.
