Hello. I’m new to this forum but am thinking of starting the 5:2 this week. I have a question that I’m hoping someone can answer please. If I fast on Tuesday and Thursday this week does this mean I have to fast those days all the time? For instance, will I still get good results if I switch to Monday/Thursday the next week? Many thanks. 🙂
As I understand on the 5:2 approach…you choose the 2 days…it doesn’t matter which 2 out of the seven.
