This evening, for the first time, after dinner I wanted to eat my chocolate-coffee-vanilla Greek yogurt rather than my favorite ice cream for dessert 🙂

Thanks, Stef. Funny thing is, when I want ice cream, I go ahead and have a scoop. This was the first time that I just *wanted* the homemade yogurt dessert instead on a non-fasting day 🙂
