Does anyone (especially females) follow 800 calorie FDs and still lose weight?

Yes I lost 30 pounds between July 2017 and May 2018 doing 800 calories on Mondays and Thursdays…..plus eating Mediterranean style every day….no refined carbs or processed sugary foods. Sticking with it for maintenance. I find this way of eating is very sustainable and enjoyable, I tried 500 calories but just got too hungry on non fasting days so it didn’t work for me. Two 800 calories fasting days a week I feel I can do forever 😉
