8 sec 12 sec hiit running

  • I hate running because I get out of breath q fast. Today I decided to do the 8 sec 12 sec hiit for 20 minutes, which meant I did 60 rounds of it. I did the 8 sec running uphill and the downhill for the 12 sec. I was gasping after 6 rounds! I did complete it, even if it meant doing a jog and a walk!

    Will hopefully improve my stamina. So nice to exercise outdoors. I do feel a bit self conscious doing it though!

    Good job! It took real determination to do those 60 rounds, but you did it! Keep it up and success will be yours.
