I’m not exactly new here. I have no discipline to stick to a strict diet and as a result in the past years my weight has crept up significantly. Like any addiction, admitting to myself that I am overweight has been difficult.
I tried the 5:2 intermittent fasting, but found it almost impossible because I was continuously hungry. Now I have a plan to do 8/16 with Keto, because Keto is one thing that does make my weight shift downwards (albeit very slowly) and I think I can manage 16 hours of fasting every day.
Is there anyone who would like to join me? Would love to have a buddy to motivate me.
