6 weeks onward and finally registered

  • I have been doing the 5:2 for 6 weeks now, and have finally decided too join the page for tips and support.

    I have gone from 11st 1 too 10st 8 in the past 6 weeks which, for me, is great i find it hard to lose weight, I need to get down to a desirable 9st 4 pounds before the end of May, does anyone have any success stories to keep me motivated?

    Any tips for non-fast days, sorts of foods i should i be eating etc would be great!
