Hey everyone! I’m sure this question has been asked somewhere on here….For those of you who had/have a lot of weight to lose, 50+ pounds, did you find that a 4/3 approach worked better for weight loss or 5/2? Any insight would be great! Thanks!

Been asked an uncounted number of times.
Start with 5:2. After you have successfully completed 4 to 6 weeks of diet days, you can reevaluate.
