I started the 5:2 diet four days ago and so far have lost 3lbs! Incredibly pleased but afraid of falling of the bandwagon. I’m Muslim so find the fasting relatively easy as we do this for one month per year with the main exception that we tend to over indulge in the evenings!
I’ve never been big on breakfast or lunch so gave been saving my cals for evening meals and a cuppa followed by low cal morning coffee biscuits! In the evening it’s just a ready meal and some steamed veg.
I’m 5″5 and on Monday was 10″12. My heaviest ever! I have a wedding to attend in a few weeks and would ideally like to be around 10st by then. I know this is a bit ambitious but determined to fit into my size 10 outfits without my pot belly busting out of my dress!
