Can anyone tell me is the ‘fast beach diet ‘ the same book as the 5:2 fast diet ? are they by the same author ?

The 5:2 Fast Diet book is the original book written by Michael Mosley, which tells you the science behind intermittent fasting. It contains some information about meals and calorie counts in various foods. The Fast Beach Diet book is a new one written by Mimi Spencer, and it’s a 6 week weight loss plan based on intermittent fasting and HIIT exercise, with more recipes.
