IAm new to fasting 36/12
I used to do 16/8 or 18/6
but I did not get nice results
so doing 5:2 with 36/12 hours twice a week
or better to do 36-12 once
please advice if you tried any before
I am 152 cm
weight 71.1 kg
20 kg to lose 44 pounds
Two Fast Days each week is what my husband and I ave followed for 5+ years. We both lost the weight we wanted to shed [husband lost 45 pounds] and have kept it off ever since.
So, Yeah…2 days each week.
ps: we don’t pay much attention to the hours. We just eat our 600-700 calories on Fast days, spread over 2 meals.
thanks alot for your reply,it was helpful😘😘
