23lb since 6/1/15

  • Have lost 23lbs (10.4Kg) since I started on 6th January I am also doing the #walk1000miles challenge at @1000miles2015, so walking 20 miles a week is probably helping with the weight loss.

    I do have quite a lot to lose, as I had a starting weight of 139.7Kg, I am now 129.3Kg. Ideally I would like to get down to around 100Kg.

    I am having no breakfast, then 150 cal soup or salad for lunch, followed by a 400 calorie dinner, which seems to work for me, am still exercising on fast days but only walking 1 or 2 miles that day, I also usually go to bed quite early (10pm) which I find helps as I get hungry mainly at night.

    Very pleased with how it’s all going so far.

    I started the same time as you and i’ve lost 7.5 kilos which i’m delightd with. This is the best and easiet ‘diet (i hate calling it that!) i’ve ever done.
