    Just starting today. Found an old diet tracker from weight watcher and realise I have put on nearly 20 kgs since I met my hubby. No wonder those size 12s don’t fit anymore!! Starting Febfast today also. Need to get serious might be 20 years older but very unhealthy carrying this weight around.
