Estimated weight loss? male, late teens

  • Hey, I’m 18 years old and a male.
    Previously I used to consume between 3000-4000 calories a day and between 300 and 400 grams of carbohydrates a day.

    I currently weigh 78kg and am 5’8 or 173 cm high.

    Ive just started my diet of between 600 to 1200 calories a day and I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and my starting weight was 81 kg.

    How long do you guys think it will take me to reach my goal of 67kg of I stick to this diet?

    I don’t know what the healthy weight band is for your height and weight but 67kg seems low for a 5’8″ male. Be careful you don’t attempt to go too low. I also think your daily calorie intake seems too low for a young male.
