I have just finished a month on a low carb diet in a hope of losing some weight/fat.But after a month I had lost a pound in weight very disappointed.
Last year I watched the documentary on 5.2 and bought the book, that is as far as it went.Sick to death of not being successful and feeling like a failure I decided that if I joined a group my feet might be held to the fire.
I usually don’t do well in groups but at 54 this year thought it was time to play nicely lol.
So here goes all I need to do is re_read the book, and find some side a s for diet days. Not to bad on other days.Just lack of consistent exercise is my main problem. Haven’t found anything I really enjoy.
I had a hysterectomy at 38 been on hurt since.
Have a condition called hypermobility.
