Hi All
I am super new to the fast diet. I am now in week 2 and yesterday was my third fast day. I am finding that I am a little short tempered and moody on my fast day, has any body else noticed this?

Hi,
I’m going back on the 5:2 on Monday. I done a month before my holidays in April and lost 8 pound.
I understand where you are coming from. I found myself ‘moody’ on fast days. I knew if I could just eat that chocolate I’d be happier! I used to feel stressed and agitated…I’m assuming from hunger. It helped if i had planned out my fast days (kept busy). I tried to go to the gym or if not have a bath/pamper evening. Both calmed me…or acted as a distraction..
