Hi – I am new to this. Got on really well for the past 2 weeks and lost 2 kilos. I am now on Week 3 and it is a struggle. I feel tired, slightly down and HUNGRY ALL THE TIME, even on non fast days. Has anyone experienced a slodge at 3 weeks? Thanks.

That is EXACTLY where I am, and this is the time when I usually fall off the plan! I have been talking to myself all week, keeping focused and did an extra perfect fast yesterday. Today, I “allowed” myself a handful of m&m’ s, and some chocolate peanut butter protein mix. Then ate a healthy everything else (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
I know I tend to start relaxing around 3 weeks. I have lost 7 lbs, I look better, feel better, so subconsciously maybe think, ok, that is good enough. But that isn’t what I want this time!
