Newbie,starting in 2 days advice please

  • Hi everyone after years of being size 10 and eating loads and never putting on weight,over last year having lots of health issues i ve put on 10 kg I cant seem to shift. Think it might be due to fact im taking different medication but at age 35,1.65 pushing 70 kg is just too much weight for me.I have joined the gym two months ago and though Im eating pretty healthy i only lost 2kg( current weight-67.5 kg. I have 8 weeks until beach holiday and really need to shift this weight!! Any advice on what to eat on fast days,tips ..will be appreciated:)
