I am 178 cm . 76 kg and I need to loose 4 kilo and i cant make diet a long time i cant stand in this . so my question is can I loose 4 kilo in 1 month ? please help me .
I do exercise 3 times a week i make exercise for 300 calories each exercise.

The honest answer to your second post is that you will not be able to lose if you continue to eat cakes and sweets like usual, if for no other reason than your ‘usual’ eating has caused you to gain weight and continuing to eat like that will not cause weight loss.

Ofcourse, you can, if you consume less calories. It doesn’t matter for the body, if you are consuming cakes/sweets/chocolates or veggies/meat/eggs for the loose the fat. The only thing which matters is whether there is a calorie deficit or not.
I’ve lost 5 kgs last month (in 31 days). My 2nd week i’ve been eating more sweets/chocolates but ofcourse am keeping count of my calories not to exceed 🙂
