Hi there. I’m yet another newbie.

I’m feling a bit nervous and overwhelmed about the site. There seems to be a lot of activity on here, and lots to catch up on. I’m going to say howdy now and get browsing, and then say a little more about myself later.

Hi Hannah, welcome but please don’t be nervous

You will find this site a huge support and a wealth of information. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions and come over and join us in the ‘HELP women over a certain age’. Not everyone is the same age but it’s often a nice paced thread.

I have also started a Facebook page for anyone wanting to post their pics, show us who you are. post recipes, words of inspiration etc so please join this if you fancy it. Only did it today.
