Decided to give the 5:2 diet a go. Got to the point where I’m fed up with my weight and the effect on my health and wellbeing. Got approximately 2st to lose to back within a healthy BMI but would ideally like to lose 2 1/2st.
Planning on doing a Monday and Thursday pattern with meals at dinner and tea. Never really been a breakfast person so not really bothered about eating first thing and also seems to make me hungrier if i do have breakfast.
Going ok so far on first fast day, had a decent portion of soup for dinner and plenty of water / green tea, prawn salad planned for tea.
Excited to see how this goes as restricting calories on a daily basis definitely doesnt work for me.
