Hi I have just started 5 2 on Monday. I’m going to be weighing on Fridays. I have a wedding in Greece in September and would like to loose 2 stone. I am currently 12 st 8, I would be great full if I could share my journey with people and they share with me. Thanks

Hi Bryn – good luck with your journey – I am now in week 8 and lost almost a stone – It is one of the best diets I have found (having tried many) and is usually easy to stick to – feel free to check out the blog of my journey – http://www.richjohnson29.wordpress.com
