Protein powder

  • Hello. I’m coming to the end of my first day and I feel great!! I use protein powder any way and I’m wondering if I could use this on my fast day days with just some raw veg. I think this would work for me as my fast says are on days when I work late, from lunch time through to dinner time. Any answers much appreciated!!

    i make a rice protein shake in the morning. it is good for you as Michael stresses protein as an important part of the fasting days.
    Mix in a blender: 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1/2 banana, 1 cup water and 1 scoop of rice protein powder. add a dash of cinnamon too. yummy.

    Thanks I’ll give that a go as it sounds fab!!
