Hello
I’ve been doing the 5:2 for about 3 weeks now with mainly my mind set in the way! I can find excuses to eat fast lol but today is the first day I’ve my head in the game and determined to do this right. I’m not giving up this time or being in a mad rush with weight loss because all I’ve managed to do in the past is loose a little weight get bored and give up! Then gain back more on top of what I already weighed. I’m Female 33yrs old and 100kg’s, this is the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’ve had a stressful past few yrs (failed business etc.) and took pity and ate on the pounds . Now I just want to feel normal and more in control of my eating and my life. I look forward to meeting new people and loosing weight gradually over the coming months
