  • Hi to everyone!

    I’ve just started out on this plan – first fast day was Friday 27th Feb. Tough, but do-able (just…). I’ve been particularly interested in this WOE as I have stage IV endometriosis – IGF-1 is apparently implicated in its progression – and also PCOS,resulting in insulin resistance. Anything that may reduce these factors is worth the effort, as far as I am concerned!

    I’d love to hear from anyone who has any insights or interesting tips. After this intro, I’ll be posting in the relevant forum sections.

    Hi Jolind – great choice, you won’t regret it – I’ve lost 14 lbs since 05/01/15!!! It’s a great feeling and fast results when you hang in there – Laura’s tips are good – Just about to take the dog for a walk to distract myself!!!
