Fasting in Florida

  • I am new here and I am vey motivated to lose weight to maintain my health. I have done three day fasts with only water in the past and they were helpful but very difficult for me. I like that I can consume some food on the fast days. I look forward to getting to know you and offering mutual support.

    My wife and I are just back from Florida after spending 3 lovely weeks with our son. Thanks to changing our eating habits weight gain was minimal. We have porridge with frozen raspberries for breakfast and a small piece of fish or chicken with lots of veg or salad in the evening. The secret is to make it tasty, lime, ginger mango, whatever. Don’t let it be boring, that way you don’t get fed up. Kept away from milky drinks and booze. Not hard at all. Check out the Fast exercise as well, just read the book and confirmed all this diet stuff is rubbish.
    Eat healthy get exercise job done.
