Hello! Question from a newbie!

  • I’ve just started this way of eating and I’m loving it. I was just wonder, on fast days is it better to have your full 500 calories or whether you should eat something but aim lower?

    From my understanding it seems recommended to eat the 500 cals…however from other posts ive read it seems to depend on one’s worked out normal daily cal ie the suggested 500 is for a woman who would normally consume 2000 cals on non fast days

    The guidance is to eat 500 or fewer calories on your diet days. Many do not eat any calories on their diet days.
