No weight loss after 2nd week help!

  • Hi I’m new to the 5:2 and have stuck to 500 Calories on fast days and about 1800 on my non fast but have put weight on!! Strangely though my stomach has gone down and my clothes a but looser on the waist. Any advice thanks

    I’m in exactly the same boat! Lost 4lb last week and put them back on this week 🙁 hoping my scales are broke! Ha

    I looked at the BBC diet for intermittent fasting and they say no carbs, sugar or high fat foods but have 600 calories. Today I on my fasting day I’d have egg on granary toast for lunch so will cut out the carbs and see if that helps. This seems. Yo yo way of loosing weight
