  • I intend starting the diet on Monday together with a new workout regime and have my fingers crossed that I can maintain it for as long as I need. I would like to end up with a 2 stone loss but I am giving myself mental staging posts of 7lbs.

    I have been out of condition for quite some time now, probably about 3 years+. I guess since the onset of perimenopause.

    I came across this resource when I was looking up menus and recipes. It looks fabulous and I hope I can call upon all you good people to bolster me when will power starts to dwindle, as I am pretty sure it will.

    Hi simcoeluv, thanks for that, I didn’t know it but I have to start doing some exercise for health and bones as I am menopausal and my skeleton clicks like never before. I need some vitality too, have been feeling very lethargic lately.
