Hello other 5:2ers!
This is my 6th fast day into my third week of 5:2!
I have about 20-25 pounds needing to be lost. My BMI is 25.8 which is on the lower scale of being overweight. I lost 2 pounds the first 2 weeks and then this week have gone right back to my starting weight……….
I am always counting calories except for one day a week which is usually eat out night and I do drink 2-3 times a week(not on fast days)and usually do not go over calories even on those nights.
My BMR is 1424 and my TDEE is 2207. Ive tried to eat around 1800 cals on non fast days but feel like im eating too much! I have tried multiple diets and have changed the way I eat drastically. with just exercising I have lost 35 pounds but now I do not have the extra time to do crazy long hard workouts.
Is there any advice out there on what I should be doing to help to feel so frustrated??
