Morning everyone.
My name is Darren. I’m 42, i’m 6ft 2ins tall and weigh 23 stones so dont look too big.
I’ve recently become a grandad and thought it was about time i did something serious about losing weight.
I’ve been on diets before, lost weight, put it back on and more but now i really have someone to lose it for.
About 6 years ago a work associate who was a bit of a fitness freak said i would be dead in 15 years because of my diet (lack of it) and that i dont excersise. Last year on facebook i did a death clock thing (just as a bit of fun) and it said i got 10 years left.
SO i have finally decided to go for it one last time. If this dont work then i dont know what will. I feel more determind than ever because of my grand daughter and i have a picture on my phone so that if i feel low or weak then i just look at her for motivation.
Just had 50g beans on 1 slice wholemeal toast (no butter) for breakfast and HERE WE GO !!!
