Anyone on their first fast today (26 January 2015)?
I bought the book on Saturday, finished it yesterday, and decided there was no reason not to get going straight away.
I’m not overweight as far as BMI goes, but know I could lose a stone and still be in the healthy range – that would be great for me in terms of sports performance. The health benefits are very compelling too, and I’m very excited to see how it goes.
I was starting to feel very hungry, and decided to check out the website to see what I can find out about how others deal with the hunger pangs, and found that they have reduced a little by focusing on something else: just like it says in the book!
Hope things are going well for everyone, and hope I can report back in the not too distant future with good results.
