I am posting this here for all the newbies. This book is great! It’s the revised version of the original Fast Diet. I love it so much I wrote the first review on amazon.com (my claim to fame, ha ha!)…I’m sure there will be more to follow.
Aside from all the wonderful information gleaned from this book, I’m finding it is very motivating to pick up and read on fasting days.
No, I’m not getting paid for this! I’m just such a big fan of 5:2, and glad I’m finally getting involved with the forum. After a lifetime of Weight Watchers and every other diet under the sun, THIS is the one you can make a lifestyle.
I lost weight on it before, but gained it back because I thought of it as just another diet and not a lifestyle. This time it’s different. I lost weight with the first book and will reach my goal weight this time with the new improved, revised edition!
We can all do this!
