WHAT ABOUT NON FAST DAYS????!!!

  • Hey folks. I would like to know what you all eat on your non fast days. I started yesterday and found the fast quite easy. Today though i have been struggling as to what i can actually eat. I have found myself counting calories all day today also i have made more healthy choices im not naive enough to think i really could eat anything i want on non fast days but im atruggling to make up the 2000 calories i should be eating i have only eaten 1400 and feel great not hungry is it ok if u eat less than the 2000?

    Hi kirsty are you sure your TDEE ( total daily energy expenditure) is 2,000 calories? Based on my age weight and exercise mine is only 1,655. If you have put all your details in your tracker it will tell you your daily TDEE. You don’t have to eat all your allowance, I always try to eat less than mine. Hope this helps.

    Hi Janpartly thanks for replying yes my TDEE is 1,940 so pretty close to 2000. Yes that helps i suppose it only matters if you go over which i plan hopefully never to do
