  • hi – I’m just starting this today. Hoping it’s going to revolutionise my weight loss in 2015, after x2 babies and many years at university the pounds have piled on ….. the new me starts here!! I just need some back bone to actually weigh myself – the thought of it is so scary!!! I have taken measurements, but i need to get a grip! wish me luck and send me some back bone! 😉

    Good luck, I did my first fast days yesterday and today, it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be – I’m obviously still living off the excesses of Christmas lol.

    My weigh-in day is going to be Monday and I’ll see how I do…………

    Hi there! I am probably being a bit dense here but do you have to have your 2 fasting days together? I was planning on fasting Tuesday and Thursday but maybe this is wrong?

    Best of luck to you 🙂 i started yesterday abd was easier than i thought i also found today a non fast day i made a lot more healthy choices i still had a small treat tho but best thing is im allowed cause its not a fast day :).EVEY BLACK you can choose any 2 fadt dats you like its just what works out best for you. Im doing Mondays and thursdays
