The first 9 weeks I started doing this plan I lost 19Ib. I was losing between 1-3Ib a week and sometimes gaining 1-2Ib or staying the same, then losing again.
Since I have been on holiday (6 weeks ago)I have not lost more than 1 Ib , the pattern I am getting is a pound on one week, a pound off the next week. I started this at 11 stone 11Ib and am now stuck at 10 Stone 7Ib. The lowest I went before my holiday was 10 stone 5Ib.
I eat around 1200 calories a day and to be honest, my fast days can sometimes go up to 600 but never more.
I am getting really down that my weight has not changed and that I no longer seem ‘capable’ of shifting more than 1Ib which I always put back on the following week or stay the same.
Any tips, advice would be great.
I have to be honest, I rarely drink anything more than a few cups of tea a day and no other fluids, I forget.
