Hi all, I live in Spain since having my child 11 years ago I never really lost the weight! I’ve tried various diets (that I think could work) and various exercise, but my health has been a bit on the ‘not so good side’ and I found it hard to keep going with weight loss and toning up!
I’ve been doing the fast diet for a month now and although I have only lost 2.5Kg, it has made a big difference to me already. I’ve dropped a dress size (or 2) and I don’t find the fast days too difficult if I have the odd carrot to munch on. I feel better, not so bloated. So onwards and ‘downwards’ – with the weight loss. It is a slow process, but now I am feeling a little more confident I am starting to incorporate some exercise – walking – this week.
