    Hello, Flower2014! You don’t have to feel ashamed (and shouldn’t). If you have suddenly put on weight, perhaps you should talk to a doctor to be sure there is no health problem involved.

    I find this diet very practical and easy to follow, unlike others. Once you get used to the “fast” days and counting the calories you eat on them, it’s quite easy. I’ve just completed my first month. I’ve lost about 4 kg (I have another 18 to loose) and, more important, I’m feeling healthier and happier. Welcome aboard!
