confused

  • I am into my second week – week one I lost 1.6kg this week only 300gms. I started reading some info and have conflicting details? the book states on the fast days to have 500 cal being 1/4 of your normal intake (which means 2000 calories). However all other health things you read say your normal intake should be no more than 1500 cal’s? So it makes it hard to know exactly what I should be eating? any clues?
