I have started week 3 of 4 days eating (Tues., Thurs., Sat., Sun.) and 3 fasting (Mon., Weds., Fri.) I just drink water on my fast days. I started at 234 lbs. and I am down 14 lbs. Anyone else trying this, I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Hello jcart21 – 4:3 is a popular IF schedule (I’ve followed it for some time both in weight loss and maintenance). However, it suits my digestion better to eat a small amount of food on my fast days so I’ve always done that.
