    I am student nurse looking at fasting on alternate days to see what other health benefits this has on my body other than losing weight. If anyone has noticed any considerable difference since starting, I would be fascinated to hear 🙂

    Jennifer, this is the official site for 5:2, not ADF. If you want experience with ADF you might be better off on a site that deals with this form of intermittent fasting.
