hello! So I have been fasting three days a week for a while now with great results. I didn’t realize that other people were doing this. How neat to find this site and this forum.

Hi Forgetmenot and welcome:
You can do any diet days you want and move them whenever you want. The more diet days you have, the more calories that are taken out of your diet and the better chance you have to lose weight.
