Hey, greetings from Australia. I started the diet today and I’ve found it really hard. For breakfast I ate an Apple, lunch a salad and dinner a small chicken wrap (all in all about 400cals), but I’ve found it really hard. I usually eat a lot so I guess I’m not conditioned to it yet xD. I’ve been starving for a few hours but I’ve toughed it out. I also felt a bit sick earlier, because like an idiot I played basketball for 4 hours :D. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for someone like me, I’ve tried dieting before but failed. Any tips for filling recipes that are low on calories, and any other relevant tips. (ps: I’m 17 with a bmi of 29, aiming to lose about 20 kilos).
