As my title says…I am new and its my first day!
My best friend is getting married and she has been doing 5:2 for 3/4 weeks and has already lost 9 pounds!
I’m thrilled for her as she hates dieting!!
She has told me the basics and I have read what the diet is about so I have started my first day with measuring 100mls of skimmed milk (34cals) and i’ve made a batch of 100cal veggie soup so i’m hoping I can feel ok just having 1 bowl of soup (100cals) and enjoy my tea…Here comes the dilema though…..What to have!!!!
I would love to hear from you, how you do the fasting – My friend doesn’t have any cals until 2pm but I don’t think I could do that..I want more structured and try to get more for that evening meal even if I could have salad and something??
