First Fasting Day Tomorrow

  • It is 11:45 here in Adelaide, Australia, so I will start tomorrow.

    I have always found it easy to miss breakfast and would miss lunch and dinner too. However, everyone has always told be I should not miss meals. “That is the worst thing you can do if you want to loose weight…” And I do need to loose weight! The more a hear and read about this program, the more logical it sounds to me.

    Hi bose42, good luck with the first fast day tomorrow! I am sure all will be well. I, too, find it so easy to miss brekky and lunch and start eating later in the day; we’re all different. When I miss all three meals though I tend to binge on unhealthy food I can quickly get my hands on and quaff it down in the late evening hours lol which is not good.     Here in New York, USA. Today is my first “official” fast day. I did one last Wed, and managed to stick to the 500 cals. But this is my first full week. It was not as hard as I thought. I am eating 200 cals in the am, and then 300 for dinner, with tea and water in between. Though I might play with one larger meal later in the day later on!
