Just saying hello to everyone.
My back story- back in March my Dad passed away from a heart attack in his mid 50s very unexpected although he did battle weight his whole life. I’ve decided to take my fate into my own hands and I am working hard on this 5:2 diet which I find brilliant.
I’m 6″2, about 2 years ago I was 106kg, I lowered this to around 97-98. Since I started the 5:2 diet 3 weeks ago I’m now around 93.5kg and I really want to get into the mid 80s. Weight loss aside I believe 5:2 is as close as we can go to making ourselves super human. The mental focus I have in work as well as a great feeling emotional state is incredible.
I did have a question though, currently fast days are Monday and Thursday, so I had dinner on Sunday evening and I won’t eat anything else until Monday dinner time 6pm, is this correct? I find if I eat breakfast it makes me hungrier.
Also do you guys work out on fasting days?
